At the core of Full Media Services is its research and development department. As new technologies emerge, research in this field is vital. The combination of social media, commercial media and news media has made researching the media industry vital. Full Media Services’ goal is to advance research in these fields, so there is a better understanding of how media and technology can be best utilized.
Philip Weinholtz, M.A.
Phil holds a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts and Visual Communication Design from the University of Hartford. He also holds a Master’s degree in Communication from the University of Hartford. He has worked in a variety of roles for organizations, ranging from: sales, to manager, to partner and director. He has served as the managing director of Full Media Services since 2012. He currently resides in Longmeadow, Massachusetts, with his wife, Lauren and their daughter, Emma. He is currently working at Ward Leonard in Thomaston, CT.

Donn Weinholtz, PhD
Donn is Professor and Director of the Doctoral Program in Educational Leadership at the University of Hartford. He is a New England Yearly Meeting (Quaker) representative to Friends Committee on National Legislation. He has over 40 years of experience in higher education and over 50 publications to his name. Donn helped to start Full Media Services in 2012.
